Our Career Guidance division is an integral part of our Institute & aims at helping maximum students find their calling & passion. We are situated in Mumbai, Borivali & we strongly believe that as work constitutes of majority of a person’s life-span, it is extremely important that a person loves what he/she does & finds his/her work fulfilling and satisfying. In a world that advocates following one’s passion and offers so many varied options, it becomes quite difficult for a student to make the correct choice as per their interests. We aim at doing career guidance not just with the telling them what to do, but helping them discover their own path to find their ideal career…something that they would be proud to be & enjoy doing successful for the rest of their lives.

The Career Guidance Division at Programmatix Institute is taken care of by Mr. Pratik Upadhya & Ms. Nidhi Soni. Both of them believe that career being the most important decision of one’s life requires meticulous consideration of all parameters & careful exploration of all options available to a student. The communication of both the counsellors is very student friendly & supportive of self exploration. Both are good listeners allowing the students some room to make careful decisions & clear any doubts. They encourage students to go on the path less taken if the student wishes to, & provide them with all the support required. Pratik Upadhya is an Engineer by Qualification, he completed his M.Tech & his Executive MBA, has been guiding & mentoring students since 12 + years. Nidhi Soni is a Psychologist by qualification, she completed her MA & has been working with students since 6+ years.
